Article 1. General

Educate The Future B.V. is registered in Zandstraat 143a, 3905 EB Veenendaal, The Netherlands, hereinafter referred to as the Educate The Future. These conditions apply to all websites managed by the Educate The Future.

Article 2. Applicability To all offers, orders and agreements, these General Terms and Conditions (hereafter: Terms and Conditions) apply to the exclusion of any other general terms and conditions.

Article 3. Agreements An agreement is established after acceptance of a registration, registration and or purchase of a product by a customer. Educate The Future is entitled to refuse registrations or request additional information. If a registration is not accepted, this will be communicated to the customer stating the reason. By registering on educatethefuturenow.com or other websites of Educate The Future and or purchasing a product or service, the customer (member) automatically agrees with registering on our relevant newsletters. Educate The Future will never use or resell the customer's data for other purposes. Every customer can always unsubscribe from newsletters for free and simply by clicking on the url at the bottom of the e-mail received. (see further our anti-spam policy and Privacy policy)

Article 4. Prices and other rates

4.1 The price stated for the course (s) and products is in euros, excluding VAT, unless stated otherwise. Any shipping costs are (unless stated otherwise) not included in the mentioned prices.

4.2 In some cases there are promotional prices. Promotional prices are only valid for a certain period as long as the promotion is running. No claim can be made to these prices before or after the specified period.

4.3 Educate The Future cannot be held to quotations that are obviously incorrect, for example as a result of obvious typesetting or printing errors. No rights can be derived from incorrect price information.

Article 5. Payments

5.1 Payment can be made in (one of) the manner (s) indicated during the registration process. Further (payment / order) conditions can be imposed on the registration of a customer.

5.2 The customer gives Educate The Future permission to perform all actions necessary for payment to be made in the payment method chosen by the customer.

Article 6. Retention of title The intellectual and industrial law and all possible copyrights or property rights of training content and study material rest with Educate The Future or the original beneficiary. Multiplication or commissioning of (parts of) the course content and / or study material to third parties is not permitted without having obtained written permission from Educate The Future or the original beneficiary.

Article 7. Cooling-off period

7.1 Educate The Future uses a cooling-off period (right of withdrawal) of 14 days after purchase date, unless explicitly stated otherwise per service or product.

In case of purchase of event tickets with event date within cooling-off period: if the event date is within 14 days after purchase date: no money will be refunded.

In case of event tickets: When Educate The Future cancels an event, Educate The Future will refund the amount already paid to the customer within sixty days.

7.2 Within the framework of this cooling-off period, if the customer does not wish to purchase the product or online course for whatever reason, the customer may cancel his / her account (registration) within 2 weeks.

7.3 If the customer uses the cooling-off period, Educate The Future will refund the amount already paid to the customer within sixty days, with the exception of any costs incurred for materials or purchasing training. Educate The Future reserves the right to ask about the reasons for cancellation.

7.4 After the cooling-off period, no money will be refunded.

Article 8. Liability Educate The Future is not liable for damage to property of customer and third parties, nor is it liable for other damage, including study or business stagnation. The customer indemnifies Educate The Future against all third-party claims in this regard.

Article 9. Force majeure In the event of force majeure, Educate The Future has the right, at its option, to suspend the execution of a client's registration, or to dissolve the agreement without judicial intervention, by informing the client in writing and this without the Educate The Future being obliged to pay any compensation, unless this would be unacceptable in the given circumstances by the standards of reasonableness and fairness. In the event of force majeure or illness, Educate The Future has the right to replace trainers.

Article 10. Applicable law and competent court

10.1 All rights, obligations, offers, orders and agreements to which these Terms and Conditions apply, as well as these Terms and Conditions, are exclusively governed by Dutch law.

Educate The Future B.V., hereinafter referred to as Educate The Future, hereby grants you access to educatethefuturenow.com ("the Website") and invites you to buy what is offered. Educate The Future thereby reserves the right to modify the content or remove parts at any time without having to inform you of this.  

Limited liability

Educate The Future makes every effort to update and / or supplement the content of the Website as often as possible. Despite this care and attention it is possible that content is incomplete and / or incorrect. The materials offered on the Website are offered without any form of guarantee or claim to correctness. These materials can change at any time without prior notice from Educate The Future. Specifically for prices and other information about products on the Website, there is a reservation of obvious programming and typing errors. You cannot claim an agreement with Educate The Future based on such errors. For hyperlinks to websites or services of third parties included on the Website, Educate The Future can never accept liability.  

Royalty

All intellectual property rights concerning these materials belong to Educate The Future. Copying, distributing and any other use of these materials is not permitted without written permission from Educate The Future, except and only to the extent provided otherwise in regulations of mandatory law (such as the right to quote), unless specified otherwise for specific materials. During live events Educate The Future takes pictures of the event and a live video streaming will be done. These materials may also be used on the website or for other purposes. When a participant does not want to be visible on pictures and video, they have to let this know in advance by sending an email to media-at-educatethefuturenow.com
